Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer orders for freight forwarding services
- Track and coordinate customs clearance processes for international shipments
- Provide proactive shipment status updates and documentation support
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to logistics operations
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customs, carriers) for seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate shipment records and customer communication logs
- Assist with special documentation requirements for hazardous/dangerous goods
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced operational environments
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
