Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to users via live chat and email regarding crypto transactions and account issues.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve platform-related inquiries with accuracy and professional empathy.
- Educate users on platform tools, security best practices, and new product features.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores through timely and effective communication.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams according to established workflows.
- Document customer interactions clearly and concisely in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support documentation and user guides.
Kualifikasi
- Professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within a multi-national team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or chat support roles is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in or basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
- Excellent written communication skills with a flair for professional, concise, and friendly messaging.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce) is an added advantage.
