Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Provide technical troubleshooting and digital marketing support to global advertisers.
- Resolve account issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM.
- Stay updated on product features and marketing trends to provide accurate advice.
- Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer support or call center operations, preferably in a non-voice capacity.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote, or office-based environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and ticketing systems.
