- Manage high-volume customer inquiries primarily through email and chat channels
- Provide occasional phone support for escalated or complex customer issues
- Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products/services to provide precise solutions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve cross-functional customer needs
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Exceptional written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficiency in typing (minimum 35 WPM) and multitasking
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Must pass English proficiency assessment
