In this onsite role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, helping them navigate our extensive collection of cameras, lenses, and film products. You will be responsible for delivering personalized support, resolving technical queries, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the creative spirit and high standards of Lomography. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality, onsite customer support to clients visiting the Manila office and assist with inquiries via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and order management for cameras and accessories.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies and product knowledge.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lomography product lines, photography techniques, and industry trends.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Contribute to a positive office culture by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent work experience in customer service.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in retail, the creative industry, or e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Tagalog.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service.
- Ability to work onsite in Makati City.
- Passion for photography and knowledge of analog cameras, film, and lenses is a significant advantage.
