Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, grievances, and escalations, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions clearly and concisely in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building rapport and providing attentive, empathetic support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying informed on product/service changes.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical-thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
  • A genuine customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven, and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, internet navigation, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a client-facing role is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work full-time onsite at our Ayala 30th, Pasig City location.
