- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Meet daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level targets.
- Identify and escalate potential product or process improvement opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when handling difficult customer situations.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules or weekends if required.
