Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, chat, and email to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with precision and care.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM database accurately and consistently.
- Maintain deep knowledge of supported products and services through ongoing training sessions.
- Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical concerns when necessary.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics including CSAT and Average Handling Time.
Kualifikasi
- Must be at least a Senior High School graduate or possess a Vocational Diploma.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of PC hardware, operating systems, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for problem-solving.
- Prior experience in a BPO or Technical Support role is highly preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
