Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer communications for telecommunications products via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries with first-contact resolution expertise
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data quality standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex network and device issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for value-added services
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT, AHT, and quality assurance scores
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for service enhancement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in BPO/telecom sector
- Fluent in English and Filipino with exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings/weekends
- Customer-focused mindset with conflict resolution expertise
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
