Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related issues
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex cases
- Adhere to SLAs and quality standards for customer interactions
- Document processes and provide feedback for service improvements
- Support seasonal travel demand surges with flexibility
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of travel industry practices (GDS systems preferred)
- Willingness to work day shift with guaranteed weekends off
