Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat, specifically addressing utility billing and data inquiries.
- Accurately input and maintain customer data in our utility management systems to ensure billing integrity.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding service discrepancies, outages, or payment issues.
- Generate and distribute monthly usage reports and statements to clients upon request.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical data issues and improve service processes.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or data entry roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot data errors quickly.
- Familiarity with utility billing concepts or utility software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
