Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver responsive customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide step-by-step technical solutions
- Document all interactions using CRM systems for accurate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training and resource updates
- Adhere to SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify trends in customer inquiries to suggest process improvements
Kualifikasi
- 6+ months of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common IT issues (OS, networks, peripherals)
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation in English/Filipino
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, etc.) preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma; IT-related degree advantageous
- Willingness to undergo background checks and security clearance
