- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams with detailed context
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes
- Proactively monitor systems for emerging technical issues

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in IT preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote diagnostic tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Windows/Linux environments
- Patience and empathy when handling customer frustrations
