In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining our import and export operations, ensuring that all shipments comply with Philippine Bureau of Customs regulations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end import and export clearance processes.
- Prepare and process customs entries, ensuring accuracy in tariff classification and valuation.
- Maintain compliance with all Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations, PEZA, and other relevant government agencies.
- Coordinate closely with port authorities, warehouse personnel, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment release.
- Resolve any customs-related delays, discrepancies, or inquiries promptly.
- Monitor and update stakeholders on the status of shipments and regulatory changes.
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for all cleared cargo to facilitate internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in customs brokerage or logistics operations.
- In-depth knowledge of current Tariff and Customs Code and import/export documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with government officials and clients.
- Proficiency in E-TRACC, E2M, and other relevant customs systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
- Must be able to report to our office in Ermita, Metro Manila.
