Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage all import and export documentation to ensure timely customs clearance.
- Coordinate effectively with government agencies, including the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Bureau of Customs.
- Classify goods accurately according to Harmonized System (HS) Codes and relevant tariff schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with all national and international trade laws, regulations, and policies.
- Resolve complex customs issues and discrepancies to prevent shipment delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence.
- Prepare and review legal correspondence and regulatory filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Valid License to practice as a Customs Broker (CRS) in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customs brokerage and logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Customs laws, tariff rates, and trade agreements.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and customs management software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with regulatory bodies.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
