Tanggung Jawab
- Process import/export customs declarations and documentation for timely cargo release
- Verify accuracy of shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to resolve clearance issues
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies
- Maintain digital and physical records of all customs transactions for audit purposes
- Monitor regulatory updates and advise on tariff changes affecting import/export operations
- Investigate and resolve customs discrepancies to prevent shipment delays
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance operations
- Certified Customs Practitioner (CCP) or equivalent qualification advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures and HS coding
- Proficiency in customs declaration software and MS Office applications
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
