Are you an experienced professional in supply chain operations? Huawei Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customs Clearance Specialist – MRO SCM to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a critical part in our logistics operations, ensuring that all import and export activities comply with Malaysian regulations and internal standards.
Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end customs clearance process, specifically handling import permits, SIRIM applications, and accurate invoicing. We are looking for someone who can streamline our supply chain workflow and maintain high standards of documentation accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process import permits and documentation for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies.
- Oversee SIRIM application processes, ensuring all certifications are obtained in a timely manner.
- Review and verify shipping invoices, bills of lading, and other related shipping documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import/export activities and compliance documents.
- Ensure full compliance with local customs laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving any customs-related issues or delays efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customs Clearance or Import/Export operations.
- Strong working knowledge of SIRIM registration procedures and requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle complex documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and logistics software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Malay (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
