In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods by managing complex customs documentation and maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with logistics teams, government agencies, and clients to ensure timely clearance of shipments, minimizing delays and optimizing supply chain performance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and lodge accurate import and export customs declarations in compliance with BOC regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and brokers to ensure the timely movement of cargo.
- Verify shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Classify goods accurately using the Harmonized System (HS) codes to ensure proper tariff application.
- Maintain up-to-date records and filing systems for all processed shipments for audit readiness.
- Resolve any customs-related discrepancies or issues that may arise during the clearance process.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding the status of their shipments and any regulatory updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customs Declarant or in a similar Import/Export role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine customs laws, tariff codes, and import/export procedures.
- Proficiency in using customs brokerage software and E-TRACC/E2M systems.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., Licensed Customs Broker) is a distinct advantage.
