Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file accurate customs declarations and supporting documentation
- Classify goods using harmonized system codes for proper tariff application
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and import/export restrictions
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and government agencies
- Conduct audits of customs procedures to identify compliance gaps
- Manage documentation for duty drawback programs and free trade agreements
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Customs Broker License (Philippines) required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customs clearance operations
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems and trade compliance software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Customs Code and international trade regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
