Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customs-related inquiries across global Ivoclar subsidiaries.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and local import/export requirements.
- Prepare, review, and manage essential shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to expedite clearance processes.
- Monitor and update trade classification systems (HS Codes) for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify potential compliance gaps and implement corrective measures.
- Provide expert guidance to internal stakeholders regarding trade agreements, duty drawbacks, and preferential tariff programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Bureau of Customs regulations and international trade compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex documentation with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trade regulations and apply them to business operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English to coordinate with global teams.
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is a significant advantage.
