Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process customs declarations and supporting documentation in accordance with Philippine Bureau of Customs regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies (BOC, PEZA) to ensure timely release and clearance of shipments.
- Monitor the status of air cargo and provide regular updates to stakeholders and internal logistics teams.
- Review invoices, packing lists, and airway bills for accuracy and compliance with trade agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Resolve discrepancies in cargo manifests and communicate effectively with freight forwarders and ground handlers.
- Stay up-to-date with current trade laws, tariff updates, and customs procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customs brokerage, export/import operations, or logistics processing.
- Proficiency in E-TRACC, E-Customs systems, or relevant logistics software.
- Deep understanding of Philippine customs laws, import/export procedures, and tariff classification.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing high-volume documentation.
- Effective communication skills in English and Filipino, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict flight/shipping deadlines.
- Willingness to work in shifts if necessary to support 24/7 air cargo operations.
