As a key member of our logistics branch, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods through customs by maintaining accuracy in documentation and strictly adhering to regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process import/export customs entries in accordance with Bureau of Customs regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Calculate and process duties, taxes, and other applicable fees efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs policies, tariffs, and trade regulations.
- Resolve discrepancies or issues related to customs clearance promptly to avoid shipment delays.
- Prepare detailed reports on processing status and document workflows for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a customs brokerage or logistics environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in government-mandated customs software and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipment deadlines.
- Must be highly analytical, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.
