Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and automotive sectors.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on selecting optimal cutting tools for various machining applications.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations for client stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales technical support.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to provide customized tooling solutions that enhance client productivity.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current industry trends, competitor offerings, and new manufacturing technologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within metalworking or cutting tools.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, materials, and tooling geometry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an industrial B2B environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within Metro Manila and surrounding industrial hubs as required.
