Join Macquarie Group as a Cyber Business Information Security Officer (BISO) and become a cornerstone of our cybersecurity strategy. - Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity risk frameworks for central support groups
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability evaluations
- Design and enforce security policies, procedures, and control measures
- Collaborate with business units to integrate security requirements into projects
- Lead incident response planning and coordinate breach mitigation activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., APRA, PCI DSS)
- Provide strategic security guidance to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor emerging cyber threats and adapt security strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) required
- Deep understanding of financial industry security regulations
- Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of cloud security and threat intelligence platforms
