Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor cybersecurity teams in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
- Develop and execute comprehensive cyber defense strategies aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Oversee 24/7 security operations center (SOC) activities and coordinate breach response protocols
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security controls for critical banking systems
- Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate security-by-design principles
- Establish KPIs for security performance and prepare executive-level security reports
- Stay current with emerging threats and technologies to enhance defensive capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in leadership role
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH) required
- Expertise in financial sector security regulations and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and threat intelligence tools
- Proven track record in leading security incident response and crisis management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical risks to business impact
