Tanggung Jawab
- Lead rapid response and containment of cybersecurity incidents including malware outbreaks, data breaches, and network intrusions
- Conduct forensic investigations using industry-standard tools to determine attack vectors, root causes, and impact scope
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, legal, communications) during incident resolution and recovery phases
- Develop and implement incident response playbooks, security protocols, and preventive measures
- Generate comprehensive incident reports with actionable recommendations for security improvements
- Monitor security alerts through SIEM platforms and analyze threat intelligence to proactively identify emerging risks
- Conduct security drills and tabletop exercises to test incident response capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity incident response or security operations
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC GCIH, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar), forensic tools (EnCase, FTK), and network analysis
- Deep understanding of network protocols, system architectures, and attack methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder reporting
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
