Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive OT cybersecurity strategies to protect industrial control systems and critical infrastructure
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and mentorship
- Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for OT environments
- Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure security is integrated into all business processes
- Respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations
- Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry best practices in OT security
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in OT/ICS security
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OT-specific certifications like GIAC ICS/SCADA Security
- Deep understanding of industrial control systems, protocols, and architecture
- Experience leading cybersecurity teams and managing security programs
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
