In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure design, implementation, and ongoing operations of our Salesforce platform in full alignment with organizational security policies and industry best practices.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential security vulnerabilities, develop robust mitigation strategies, and implement comprehensive security controls within our Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise will be instrumental in conducting thorough security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis to protect sensitive data and maintain regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, including role-based access controls, sharing rules, and platform encryption capabilities. You will be responsible for leading security reviews, conducting penetration testing, and providing strategic guidance on security enhancements to stakeholders across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement security controls for Salesforce platform configurations and customizations
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing on Salesforce environments
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation for Salesforce operations
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into Salesforce implementations
- Monitor and analyze security events, incidents, and alerts to ensure timely threat response
- Provide expert security guidance and training to stakeholders on Salesforce security requirements
- Lead incident response activities related to Salesforce security breaches or vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational security standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on cloud platforms
- Salesforce Administrator certification and Salesforce Security Specialist credential preferred
- Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, and identity management protocols
- Experience with Salesforce Shield platform encryption, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail
- Knowledge of GDPR, PDPA, and other data protection regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
