In this critical role, you will be responsible for protecting our network infrastructure, systems, and data from a diverse and evolving range of cyber threats. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust security measures, conduct in-depth vulnerability assessments, manage security incidents, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST. You will have the autonomy to design and enforce security policies, architect secure network solutions, and drive initiatives that safeguard our operations and client data. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning to identify and remediate risks across network infrastructure and applications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with ISO 27001 and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
- Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and lead the end-to-end incident response lifecycle.
- Manage and configure firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPNs, and next-generation endpoint protection solutions.
- Collaborate with software development and IT operations teams to embed security best practices into the DevOps pipeline (DevSecOps).
- Conduct engaging security awareness training for employees and promote a culture of cybersecurity vigilance across the organization.
- Perform root cause analysis on security incidents and recommend strategic improvements to prevent future occurrences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on network security and incident response.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of network security protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and hands-on experience with enterprise firewall management (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
- Proven experience with SIEM platforms, advanced log analysis, and adherence to incident response frameworks (e.g., NIST, SANS).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation for security tooling using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the Philippine setting and global standards (e.g., Data Privacy Act, GDPR).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
