Join Trustwave's elite Threat Detection and Response (TDR) team as a Cyber Threat Engineer within LevelBlue Managed Security Services (MSS). In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of defending global organizations against sophisticated cyber threats. You'll analyze complex security events, investigate potential incidents, and develop proactive defense strategies to safeguard critical infrastructure. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' security posture through threat hunting, incident response coordination, and security automation initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze security alerts from SIEM platforms and threat intelligence feeds to identify potential threats
- Investigate security incidents, determine root causes, and develop remediation strategies
- Collaborate with global TDR teams to enhance threat detection capabilities and response procedures
- Develop and maintain security automation scripts and playbooks for efficient incident handling
- Conduct proactive threat hunting activities to identify emerging attack vectors
- Document incident response activities and provide detailed technical reports
- Stay current with evolving threat landscapes and adversary tactics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection/incident response
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and security tools
- Strong understanding of network protocols, OS security, and attack methodologies
- Experience with malware analysis and reverse engineering preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for technical reporting
