Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor real-time security alerts from SIEM, EDR, and IDS/IPS platforms to identify potential threats.
- Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, determining the root cause and scope of impact.
- Execute incident response playbooks to contain, mitigate, and recover from security breaches.
- Perform regular vulnerability assessments and coordinate with infrastructure teams for timely patching and remediation.
- Analyze network traffic and system logs to identify patterns of malicious activity or policy violations.
- Document all security incidents and provide detailed reports to management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and optimization of automated detection rules and security workflows.
- Maintain and improve security documentation, including standard operating procedures and incident response plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a SOC or cybersecurity operations environment.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or GCIH are highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, or LogRhythm).
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP networking, firewalls, and common attack vectors (DDoS, Phishing, SQLi).
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and inter-departmental collaboration.
