Tanggung Jawab
- Provide presales technical support for cybersecurity solutions to customers and channel partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase security features.
- Assist in the design and architecture of secure network environments.
- Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with technical insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized security strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and threat intelligence.
- Support the development of technical documentation and white papers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a presales or solution architecture role within the cybersecurity sector.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, such as VPN, firewall, and encryption standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CCNP are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with cloud security models (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
