- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and identity governance
- Conduct IAM risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT security teams to integrate IAM frameworks with existing infrastructure
- Develop and enforce access control policies for on-premises and cloud environments
- Lead IAM modernization projects to enhance security posture and user experience
- Monitor and respond to IAM-related security incidents and vulnerabilities
- Provide expert guidance on IAM best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IAM implementation and management
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CISA) preferred
- Expertise in IAM technologies (Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial sectors
- Proven experience with IAM modernization and identity lifecycle management
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
