Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and oversee the execution of enterprise-wide cybersecurity governance strategies, policies, and standards.
- Lead complex risk assessment initiatives to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies aligned with business goals.
- Direct the alignment of security practices with international frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC2.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, effectively communicating security risks and compliance posture to executive leadership.
- Manage and mentor high-performing cybersecurity teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Oversee internal and external security audits, ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Drive innovation in security processes through automation and the integration of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of global cybersecurity regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex security projects in a global enterprise environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex security technical data into actionable business insights.
