Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement cybersecurity governance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR requirements
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and compliance audits to identify vulnerabilities
- Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and control documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to deploy authentication systems and secrets management solutions
- Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance programs accordingly
- Lead incident response coordination and security awareness training initiatives
- Prepare executive dashboards and compliance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, compliance, or risk management
- Professional certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA) strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience with GRC tools and security automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex requirements
- Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities
