Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct major incident response investigations and security breaches.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive incident response playbooks and recovery strategies.
- Oversee threat hunting programs and proactive vulnerability management.
- Manage the security operations center (SOC) and lead a high-performing team of analysts.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with clients to design robust security architectures and frameworks.
- Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to C-level executives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, incident response, or IT security.
- Proven experience managing security teams and budgets in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GCIH are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead response efforts during critical security events.
