Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of enterprise-grade security solutions.
- Conduct advanced threat modeling and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies, standards, and procedures across organizational departments.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of 'Security by Design' throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage incident response protocols and forensic investigations.
- Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and assess their potential integration into current infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with international security standards, regulations, and local cybersecurity frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a large enterprise or high-security environment.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent advanced-level credentials.
- In-depth expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and zero-trust network architectures.
- Proven experience in secure coding practices and vulnerability management lifecycles.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing complex, high-stakes security projects.
