Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead periodic risk assessments and vulnerability management exercises across the organization's information systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international data privacy regulations (e.g., Data Privacy Act of 2012, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal security audits and compliance certification efforts.
- Design and deliver security awareness training programs to foster a high-level security culture among staff.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, reporting on risk mitigation progress to senior management.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate secure practices into new projects and service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, compliance, or information security auditing.
- Proven expertise in frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or SOC2.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC) are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and cybersecurity threat landscapes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to explain technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outsourcing environment and manage multiple compliance priorities simultaneously.
