Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Technical Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a team advisor and cybersecurity expert, bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic account management. You will oversee security protocols, manage client relationships, and ensure that our cybersecurity frameworks meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
As a Technical Manager, you will lead a team of security professionals, conducting rigorous risk assessments and implementing advanced threat detection measures. Your expertise will be critical in steering the organization through complex security challenges while maintaining high client satisfaction and delivering robust security solutions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure high performance and technical excellence.
- Oversee the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Manage key client accounts, acting as the primary technical advisor and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to protect organizational assets.
- Respond to and coordinate incident response activities during security breaches or cyber attacks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CRISC are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of network security architecture, encryption, and threat intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing security projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions.
