- Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Drive presales activities including technical presentations, proposals, and proof-of-concepts
- Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive security architectures
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Manage incident response and recovery efforts
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a team lead role
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and endpoint protection
- Proven experience in presales and client engagement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of Singapore Cybersecurity Act and related regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
