Join Shopee's dynamic logistics team as a Cycle Count Supervisor, where you'll drive inventory excellence through continuous process optimization. This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented leader to oversee cycle count operations, ensuring real-time inventory accuracy across our Singapore facilities. You'll spearhead data-driven initiatives to identify and resolve discrepancies, implement lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with global inventory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust inventory control systems while mentoring staff on best practices. In this fast-paced environment, you'll leverage analytical skills to reduce shrinkage, improve inventory turnover, and support Shopee's e-commerce growth trajectory.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily cycle count operations across multiple warehouse zones
- Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Develop and optimize cycle count methodologies using lean principles
- Train and supervise inventory control staff on SOPs and compliance protocols
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to resolve stock variances
- Generate inventory accuracy reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance inventory management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Proven leadership in team supervision and process optimization
- Certification in inventory management or lean methodologies preferred
- Experience implementing inventory control systems in e-commerce
