Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain cylinder filling equipment to ensure precise gas measurements and safety compliance
- Monitor filling processes, conduct quality checks, and maintain accurate production records
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet daily targets
- Manage cylinder inventory, labeling, and storage according to safety guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing or gas plant operations
- Strong commitment to safety procedures and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read technical manuals and operate industrial machinery
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and equipment monitoring
- Valid forklift operation license is advantageous
