Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end tracking, storage, and movement of all gas cylinders (both full and empty).
- Perform daily physical counts and routine inventory reconciliations against digital logs and ERP systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing cylinders for physical damage, leakages, and proper safety labeling.
- Maintain organized and accurate databases of cylinder serial numbers, maintenance dates, and customer distribution records.
- Coordinate with dispatch and delivery teams to ensure correct cylinder counts during load-outs and returns.
- Identify, document, and report any stock discrepancies, safety hazards, or damaged assets immediately to management.
- Enforce strict warehouse safety policies and industry compliance regulations in the cylinder holding yard.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of solid experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, stock keeping, or asset tracking.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management software, warehouse management systems (WMS), or proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent physical stamina and willingness to work in an active warehouse, outdoor yard, or industrial environment.
- Sharp analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate efficiently with drivers, plant operators, and administrative staff.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Cainta, Rizal.
