Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate records of cylinder inventory using inventory management systems
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders when necessary
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of cylinder stock
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure efficient material flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles and inventory control methods
- Ability to handle physical inventory counts and stand for extended periods
