We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented D&D Specialist to join the innovative team at D&L Industries, Inc. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our product development lifecycle, ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for leading product development trials and conducting rigorous Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential risks before they impact production. As a D&D Specialist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct product development trials and testing phases to validate new designs and materials.
- Perform comprehensive Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) to identify potential failure points in product design.
- Document and analyze failure modes to develop effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement design improvements and innovations.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation regarding trial results and risk assessments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design engineering and quality management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development, design engineering, or manufacturing quality assurance.
- Strong working knowledge of Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the manufacturing or transport and logistics industry is a plus.
