Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies.
- Act as a technical lead and trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance & Operations, Sales, or Customer Service) to meet specific client needs.
- Develop custom Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and create interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high performance and system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects and project managers, to deliver projects on time.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Technical Specialist or Developer with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns (e.g., REST API, OData).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or .NET.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect or Dynamics 365 Developer (MB-500) is a plus.
