We are seeking a detail-oriented analyst who can translate complex financial requirements into robust ERP solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify process gaps, design system configurations, and ensure successful deployment within the D365 environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for D365 Finance & Operations modules.
- Design functional solutions and participate in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including gap analysis.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the ERP/Finance domain.
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (FO).
- Deep understanding of financial processes, including General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable.
