- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing AI team specializing in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Architect and implement innovative Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions for ANZ enterprise clients
- Drive AI-powered digital transformation initiatives aligned with Microsoft's technology roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics
- Ensure adherence to best practices in solution architecture, security, and compliance standards
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while maintaining quality deliverables
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development
- 3+ years in team leadership or technical management roles
- Proven expertise in implementing Copilot Studio and AI-driven business solutions
- Strong background in managing ANZ client relationships and projects
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, or related technologies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
