Tanggung Jawab
- Operate wok stations to prepare high-quality Japanese dishes efficiently.
- Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety within the kitchen area (HACCP/Sanitation protocols).
- Assist in daily food preparation and mise-en-place for the hot kitchen section.
- Monitor kitchen equipment performance and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate effectively with the service team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage stock rotation and assist in inventory control to minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Cook in a hot kitchen environment, preferably specializing in Japanese cuisine.
- Proficiency in wok cooking techniques is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Good team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Available to work on a full-time basis, including weekends and public holidays as required.
