Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards
- Perform daily room cleaning, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and thorough bathroom sanitization
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low occupancy periods
- Follow proper procedures for handling guest belongings and maintaining privacy
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar cleaning roles preferred
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and product usage
